LATE CANCELLATION FEE
*There is a $20 cancellation fee per person for late cancellations (anytime from 1 week before the programme begins). This is to cover administrative costs for handling your booking and queries and also because it is generally too late to replace your spot, which your booking has reserved.

Terms & Conditions
1. TERM PROGRAMME LENGTH
Each term is an 8 week programme starting on the first week of the term. This allows for one or two weather postponements each term.
2. WEATHER
Lessons will always be on unless Daniel texts to let you know it has been postponed.
3. RACKETS
Rackets can be borrowed if needed or purchased at a discounted rate from Daniel.
4. LATE CANCELLATION FEE
There is a $20 cancellation fee per enrolled student for late cancellations (anytime from 2 weeks before programme begins). This is to cover administrative costs and also because it is too late to replace your spot, which your booking has reserved.
5. Private lessons
At least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% and no-shows will be charged in full.
6. Medical & Liability
I hereby authorise Daniel and his team of coaches to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I release Daniel Millward Coaching from any liability for injury or illness and costs incurred from a lesson.
7. Payment due by the start date of the programme enrolled in
Coaching fees are payable directly to Daniel.
